Chili Cook-Off with Bake Sale. Get your recipes and taste buds ready. Want to enter your Chili, send an email to knimanchurch@gmail.com. March 20; Potluck Luncheon after the church service - Theme Irish Dishes Bring you version of an Irish dish (corn beef, cabbage, potatoes, breads, etc.) to share as we fellowship after the church service. April 17; Easter Sunday - Before and After Service Fellowship before and after church service and enjoy a light breakfast. Feel free to add to the breakfast items - foods and/or drink April 17; Easter Sunday - Pie Bake Sale Fund Raiser Bring those famous pies that your family raves about to be donated to the Pie Bake Sale. Proceeds will be used to finish the pavilion enclosure. April 17; Easter Sunday - Easter Egg Hunt for the kids After the morning service we will join the kids outside as they hunt for the Easter Eggs. Feel free to help us have as many as possible to hide. We use the plastic eggs and fill them with goodies or money. Normally there as a few that have been found with $10 or more in them. Sorry Mom and Dad's kids only. May 8; Mother's Day Celebration during church Help us celebrate our mothers letting them know how much we love them and appreciate them. May 15; Hat Day Come to church wearing a hat that defines who you are or what you do? Let's have some fun. June 19; Father Day's Celebration during church We would love to see as many fathers as possible for Father's Day. We promise to make them special. June 24-25; Shank Celebration Frank and Shawn will be hosting a party celebrating their birthdays and Anniversary. Frank is turning 70! Friday night will be a campfire get together and you can spend the night camping if you like. Then Saturday we will have a potluck. Frank and Shawn will provide the meat, you bring your favorite side dish or dessert. |

September 11, 10am - Worship in the Park Our Sunday will be held in the Centennial Park pavilion in downtown Wheatfield as we join Tefft and Kniman services to worship in the part. And of course, we will have a potluck luncheon after church. Bring your lawn chairs. September 18; Sandhill Crane Festival and Car Show Join us in downtown Wheatfield as we share who we are and what God is doing. We will have a booth. More details to follow. October 1; Saturday 12-4pm - Bean Dinner \ Bake Sale You don't want to miss this event. It's our famous bean dinner cooked on open flames in huge pots. It's a free will offering. Plus, we will have a bake sale as well. Meal includes bean dinner, cornbread, hot dog, drink and dessert. October 2; Camo Sunday Put on your camo clothing as we pray for the safety of the hunters as the season opens. October 16; Potluck Luncheon after the Church Service Theme to be announced. October 30; Sunday Trunk or Treat Join is by decoration the trunk of your car or truck, providing the kids a safe place to come and enjoy an afternoon of fun, Trunk or Treating. We get creative in providing games for the kids to play at each car and receive some candy. November 20; Thanksgiving Luncheon after the church service. Bring your favorite thanksgiving dish or dessert to share. December 18; Christmas Luncheon after the church service. Bring your favorite dish or dessert to share.
